umm, no, its sooo unsaitary, you wont be able to get the taste out of your dishes, and the smell out of your dish washer. dont do it. like i said, get a new helmet, also wear some sorta thin touque while riding, to keep your pads clean, and you can wash the touque obviously. also febreeze your pads, the commercials are true!

ok so neither of the standard techniques would work, as you would break you washing machine or your helmet, and you cant soak it cuz you might damage the foam. so your gonna have to live with febreezing it. that is what i do with my body armour, i only soak about once a season.

ok it should have removable liners. and i know all decent helmets have washing instructions
